Return Window

You have 8 days from the date you receive your order to return eligible items.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in original condition
• Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
• All original tags and packaging must be intact
• Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item

• Return your original item(s) for a full refund
• Place a new order for the correct item(s)

How to Return

Step 1: Request a Return

• Your order details
• A photo of the issue (if applicable)
• Our team will review your request and send you return instructions.

Step 2: Ship Your Return

• Send the item(s) to the return address provided.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item you received was incorrect or faulty due to our error.

Step 3: Processing Time

• Returns are processed within 7 business days after we receive your package. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
