Return Window
You have 8 days from the date you receive your order to return eligible items.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in original condition
- Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item
- Return your original item(s) for a full refund
- Place a new order for the correct item(s)
How to Return
Step 1: Request a Return

- Your order details
- A photo of the issue (if applicable)
- Our team will review your request and send you return instructions.
Step 2: Ship Your Return
- Send the item(s) to the return address provided.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item you received was incorrect or faulty due to our error.
Step 3: Processing Time
- Returns are processed within 7 business days after we receive your package. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
